Behavioral Assistants (BA)

Elevation Intervention Services seeks to hire dynamic individuals to join our team and to work within our Intensive In-Community (IIC) Program. If you believe in our mission and you are committed to helping children and their families reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply. IIC Clinicians work in families’ homes and their communities conducting weekly individual and family therapy sessions with children, adolescents, young adults and their parents/guardians.

Behavioral Assistants must possess a Bachelors’ degree or higher in social work, psychology, sociology, special education or a health related field of study. They also must possess a Behavioral Assistant certification or be willing to obtain your certification within the first 6 months of employment. BA's will work in a support role with the IIC assisting in re-enforcing strategies, assisting with life skills, and etc.

Rates are as follows: Fully licensed counselors (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) - $70+/hr and provisional licensed counselors (LAC/LSW) - $55+/hr. Behavioral Assistants (BA) - $35+/hr.  Please submit your resume for consideration to contact@elevationinterventionservices.com.
